As our Healthcare specialist, Steve is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of expertise in healthcare and associated services.
Over the past 15 years, Steve has been in healthcare leadership roles in both public health and aged care. With qualifications in Aged Care Auditing, Nursing & Critical Care environments, Training & Assessment, Workplace Investigations, and most recently Emotional Intelligence, he provides you with genuine support to meet your compliance needs and professionalism and expertise in complex workplace investigations. He also brings to the HRC team many years of experience in Recruitment in healthcare - both locally and internationally.
When providing services to our clients in the aged care sector Steve assists you in preparing for your Aged Care Audit -with a detailed understanding of Aged Care Standards as a previous Quality Assessor for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. He has a strong emphasis on compliance and quality assurance.
Steve is experienced in managing and resolving complex workplace and government investigations, including sensitive misconduct cases, and has liaised with regulatory bodies such as the NSW Ombudsman and NSW Police.
Steve is known for his empathetic leadership and his skillful balancing of operational demands with the creation of a supportive and compliant work environment.
