Men And Women At Work and Learning Live engaged HR Culture (HRC) to be our HR business partner in 2022. A key factor in this decision was that we wanted to ensure we attract and retain the best people as dedicated employees. People are our passion, however we needed to ensure we had a HR consultant who were experts in their field. We face an ever-changing employment landscape with HR and industrial relations challenges that require employers to be more conscientious than ever.
HRC is our primary HR function. Susan, Ros, and their team have provided a fresh view of our people and structure. This commenced with a survey of our core staff to gain a greater understanding of how we were performing and where we were underperforming. The feedback from this survey has allowed us to strengthen our team. It has also led to a restructure that will ensure our business is positioned to not only remain competitive but also evolve and grow.
We have shared a relationship with HRC for over 5 years. The genesis of our relationship was through DiSC and Ignite Programs. This relationship has strengthened over the past 12 months as we have worked together to successfully navigate sensitive issues including performance management, discrimination, and termination of employment. HRC have worked tirelessly to ensure that our employment contracts, position descriptions, HR policies and procedures are not only compliant but robust and match our business needs.
Employers of all sizes are facing some of the most challenging conditions that I have experienced in the past 20 years. HRC come with my full recommendation. We share authentic conversations.
I know we are receiving professional, frank and fearless advice required in the competitive
business environment.
